Sales Supervisor Germany & Switzerland (m/w/d)

Dynabrade is a highly reputed manufacturer of quality abrasive power tools used for a wide range of finishing applications (grinding, deburring, sanding, finishing and polishing) on various surfaces such as metal, solid surface, fibreglass and wood surfaces.
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Sales Supervisor to support a sales team in achieving sales performance targets in the entire Germany & Switzerland and Technical Sales Representative in the following territories: Baden-Württemberg, Rheinland-Pfalz, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Hessen, Saarland and part of Niedersachsen and Switzerland.

This role of Sales Supervisor sits between the sales team and the Regional Sales Manager of Central Europe, ensuring daily execution, strong customer focus, and continuous improvement.
