In this role, you will translate commercial strategy into impactful regional plans that accelerate revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market presence.
This position is a strategic leadership role focused on driving business development for the “Self Manufactured materials in Bioprocessing” within a complex European matrix organization. While the role does not include direct reports initialy, success will depend on the ability to influence, steer, and influence teams and individuals who are not part of the formal reporting line. Assists executives and/or senior directors in defining organizational goals and strategic plans. Extensive business knowledge with comprehensive understanding of the organization and functional area.
Partners with senior commercial leaders to align regional efforts with broader business objectives. Solves complex sales and operational challenges, optimizing team performance and resource deployment. Lead, inspire and drive commercial success across multiple territories.
